Audi A4 Saloon (2008 - 2015) 2.0T FSI Black Edition [Start Stop] 4d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
It’s a lovely car to drive, extremely comfortable, very well equipped, sporty but not too firm suspension, decent fuel economy and plenty of space.
The B&O sound system is worth having, sounds absolutely fantastic and I don’t feel it’d ever need upgrading in the cars life time.
The general build quality of the car is fantastic, the whole cabin feels very well put together and nothing feels cheap, the seats are very supportive and comfortable and the car has aged extremely well inside and out , it’s very hard to tell that it’s a 10 year old car now.
But with all cars not all is perfect, the 2.0TFSI engine may be powerful, very quiet and smooth however it does drink oil which is extremely common on earlier versions of this engine (pre 2012) , and the only way to sort it is with a complete engine rebuild , it doesn’t affect the way it runs or drivability though, just have to make sure you top up when the car reminds you to!
And the only other downside is the Audi Concert infotainment system isn’t the best, it lacks Bluetooth audio connectivity which is a pain if you’re using a newer phone with no Aux output.
But otherwise I’d highly recommend for someone that wants something fun, good looking and practical in one package, however if you want decent fuel economy and something cheaper to run a 2.0TDI might be a better option.
